Belly dancing helps you get in touch with your mind, body and soul.  It’s fabulous exercise as it strengthens and tones your whole body.  Your  flexibility, stamina and balance will improve and you will re-awaken your goddess self. There is no age or size limit. In fact, it’s a great way to have fun and gain confidence. The movements focus on specific isolations. Once the basic moves are mastered the creativity belly dancing offers is infinite. Not only is it a great workout, you can dress up, feel glamorous and socialize with other women too. The rhythms and exotic music transform you to another time.
